Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I currently reside in the Mount Washington neighborhood of Pittsburgh with my one-eyed yellow lab, Chloe.

It goes without saying I am a media junkie having spent my career in the public broadcasting world but I also enjoy Film Noir, estate sales, collecting vintage typewriters, studying Geography, photographing old building signs, playing bar trivia and designing my own jewelry.

Most of all, when I am not working in Public Media, I live for hiking and camping and being in the outdoors.
